In 2017..altra history ..... this is flexibility .... people still forms professionally ... no need of large social interventions ... they work less but pay less in taxes because they must maintain unemployed ... (apart from that in Italy the unemployed are left alone ... except for a 10% "that takes layoffs or some form of unemployment ...)

Bureaucracy must be reviewed ... ... must be a filter to outline procedures and avoid sopprusi ... not a tool to bring the citizen from politico..per have an advantage or a shortcut ..... and if you loose ... as the counterparty you must increase the penalty for those who take advantage of the simplification ...
The conflict of interest is the problem much bigger world ... not just Italian ... we need to remove economic power from the legislature .. but move ... do not pretend ....
